Grazing Cover Crops: Planning and Infrastructure

Introducing cover crop rotations is increasingly proven to protect and improve soil health and cash crop productivity. Grazing cover crops with cattle is an excellent way to make this beneficial practice more impactful and profitable. But the right planning, relationships, and infrastructure are needed to ensure grazing cover crop success. In this webinar, Kent Solberg, Livestock and Grazing Specialist with the Sustainable Farming Association, will share field-tested best practices for successfully integrating cover crops and adaptive grazing, including species selection, cover crop establishment, forage chain integration, temporary infrastructure, lease options, and more.

Presenter: Kent Solberg (Sustainable Farming Association)

This webinar was recorded July 23rd, 2018.
