This workshop will focus on infrastructure, management, and technology to increase efficiency when running a larger dairy herd on pasture. The Klessigs graze over 600 cows at Saxon Homestead Farm, using both managed grazing and feeding a TMR; they milk in a 24-unit swing parlor.
Lunch will be provided and advanced registration is required. Workshop will be held July 18th from 11am-2pm at the Farm Wisconsin Discovery Center in Manitowoc, WI.
